Luke has worked in film and video production in the UK and in America. With a first class degree in media production he has practical experience in a variety of areas from television production to video editing and camera. In 2012 he took an internship at MetaMedia and has worked with Joanna on projects across the country ever since.
In 2015 Luke won a Royal Television Society Award for his short film ‘Nan’ and was later asked to join their committee in Bristol. The film was televised on ITV and Sky Arts. It has been viewed online by over two million people and featured on the family history website Ancestry.co.uk.
In 2015 Luke established himself as a freelance videographer and has created videos for companies including Trunki, Immediate Media, Andrews Estate Agents, Family Rights Group, Lyons Seafoods, Revive! Auto Innovations and Theatre Royal Bath.

Skye Ferguson
PR & Communications
Skye has over eight years’ experience as a PR and Communications Manager working across a variety of industries including finance, aviation, automotive, energy and education. Skye has worked with international clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Skye has also worked in the third sector, leading Media and Communications for a national UK charity.
Before starting her career in PR, Skye worked for a large scale B2B events company, producing specialised industry content in her role as a project manager. Here she was responsible for researching and writing conference agendas, speaker acquisition, and content creation such as industry blogs, with a focus on finance, oil & gas and technology sectors.
In addition to this, Skye has ample experience as a researcher for leading broadcast media.
